​​​​​​​Visit the Museum of the Swiss Cavalry Squadron 1972 - The Cavalry Lives!

The exhibition includes numerous items of equipment from cavalrymen and their "confederates" that the Swiss Cavalry Squadron collected or received as gifts in 1972. It provides information about the history of the cavalry and its special position in the Swiss Army, as well as the hard-fought battle against its abolition, which finally became a reality in 1972. Numerous audio and video recordings relating to the cavalry have been specially prepared and summarized and are now being presented as short films at two different stations during the exhibition.
